The Manors at Valley Ranch, Ltd. is a Registered Builder with the Texas Residential Construction Commission. Effective June 2005, all Registered Builders must comply with House Bill 730 (passed by the 78th Legislature). The Manors at Valley Ranch, Ltd. is proud to extend to our buyers Limited Warranty as follows:

• One year warranty Workmanship/Materials
• Two year warranty Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Air Conditioning Delivery Systems
• Ten year warranty Major Structural Components of the house
• Ten year warranty for Habitability
